Process

Process

How formulations are developed, stabilized, and released.

Formulations emerge through observation, trial, evaluation, and revision. Each release represents a stabilized point within an ongoing process.

1 — Observation

Initial direction emerges through observation, material study, and exploratory blending.

2 — Construction

Materials are brought into relation through structure, tension, and proportion.

3 — Evaluation

Trials are assessed for balance, clarity, wear, and stability.

4 — Refinement

Adjustments are made to proportions, transitions, and overall coherence.

5 — Release

A formulation enters circulation once it has reached sufficient clarity and stability.

6 — Revision

Some formulations are revised after release as understanding deepens or constraints change.

7 — Retirement

A formulation may leave circulation when it no longer reflects the house’s current structure or timing.
